We exist to build, acquire, scale, and connect transformative ventures across five frontier sectors: artificial intelligence and sovereign cloud infrastructure, defence and advanced systems, industrial technology and automation, healthcare and biotechnology, and special situations.

We are not a fund. We are not a venture capital firm.
